Position Summary

The Business Development Intern (Contract) will assist the Business Development in core activities, including:
  • Reporting: BD pipeline entry and management, BD Weekly report generation and maintenance, This Week in BD.
  • RFP/Pitch activity support: materials creation, scheduling/organization efforts.
  • Qualification: call note.
  • Project management roles on appropriate tasks.
  • Miscellaneous: sometimes the smallest tasks are the biggest help. Putting together a slide, running a last minute errand, formatting a keynote deck – the intern is our go-to resource for this.
  • Company research.
  • Ideal skills: Microsoft Office (outlook, word, excel, access). Possibly Salesforce.
  • Ideal personality: quiet (drama-free) worker, ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
Education/Work Experience
  • Strong written & organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to multi-task. Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in advertising.
  • Current undergraduate student or recent graduate. Education experience in general business/marketing/finance a plus.
