Customer Service Representative - Romania
(position location - Bucharest)
Your tasks will be:
investigation of claims and complaints
settlement with customers
follow-up and reporting about complaints
preparing statistics
arranging payment of compensation
answering customers’ enquiries
preparing proposals for improvement in various areas
Our requirements:
college or university degree
excellent spoken and written Romanian andEnglish
good communication and problem-solving skills
ability to work under pressure
Ms Office skills
additional language and experience in customer service and/or the airline industry is an advantage
