The Local Arts Agency Services Department is responsible for meeting the needs of a growing constituency of organizations and individuals that are committed to using the arts to impact communities. The department staff designs and implements services to assist arts leaders in their professional growth and to help those working specifically in targeted areas such as public art, arts education, leadership, and community development.
The Local Arts Agency Services Intern will assist the department with various projects including the annual convention, local programs & services, and department planning, as well as routine web and information updates.

Prior knowledge of the field of arts-based community development

Professional or academic experience with an arts, arts-service, or community development organization.

The ability to support the work of multiple projects in a fast-paced, fun, and flexible environment.
