Focus on 100 percent customer satisfaction has earned us numerous awards from our clients.   Job Description:   The successful candidate for the Capture Manager / Solutions Engineer position in support of Business Development has at least eight years experience providing systems engineering, project management, and/or business analysis. Experience will preferably include support of federal government agencies that include Veterans Affairs, Homeland Security, Army, DISA, or Department of Energy. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a necessity for successful performance of the roles and responsibilities of the position.   This position will include analysis of customer requirements and developing technical and program management solutions for proposals. Requirements analysis will include: Participating in customer meetings, Work sessions with senior personnel Independent research.   Solutions development will include: Developing a solutions strategy Developing thematic outlines Leading and/or participating in teams to produce proposal content review Finalize proposal content from outside sources.   To perform this job effectively, the candidate must posses the following: Good communication and writing skills Ability to lead teams responsible for technical solution development in a variety of disciplines Ability to work independently on tasks as part of a larger team effort Ability to meet firm deadlines for deliverables   Job Qualifications and Education   BSBA Eight years of practical experience Eight or more years experience providing technical or management services in some of the following areas: Enterprise Architecture, Information Assurance and Security Operations, Project Control and Oversight, Systems Engineering, Requirements Management, Change and Configuration Management. Preferred that the candidate will have experience with one or more of the following government agencies: Veterans Affairs, Homeland Security, Army, DISA, or Department of Energy.   Skills: Project Management, Lifecycle Engineering, Business Process Analysis/engineering, Good communication and writing skills   Location:Rockville, MD
