Train new employees – ensuring successful new starts and orientation

Establish strong bench strength through training and continuous recruiting.

Implement and enforce all updates and changes of Company policies and procedures.

Daily travel to locations in area to provide support and direction to store management.

Support and communicate team building and motivational strategies.

Provide continued coaching and training as directed by the District Manager for that location

Conduct training workshops for Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors & Personnel.

Provide training and support to management in store operations, POS procedures, administrative procedures, loss prevention and store presentation

Assist in all company training related projects

Review and improve existing content for specific trainings

Promote and motivate management on company contests and events.

Review visual and marketing standards

Collaborate with team members to improve training tools
-
Uphold loss prevention standards in stores.
-
Prepare reports weekly and monthly to review results
