Description
Services Manager, Bilingual - Moncton
 
Our client is currently seeking a Manager to join their team. You are responsible for the coordination and direction of all activities related to food service production as well as all food service staff. As Manager you will also be responsible for customer relations and achieving established financial goals.
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
• University degree in administration, nutrition, or food and hotel management (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years food service management experience managing a staff of 30 or more.
• Bilingual (French and English) – required to be fluent
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data including food and labour costs
• Creative with marketing plans and event management
• Employee relations experience in a unionized environment
• Responsible and accountable
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Positive and collaborative leader
• Proactive and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Problem solver
• Organized and Results-oriented
• Ability to select and develop staff
