Under general direction, manager will develop and implement website strategies related to the firm’s internet marketing channel to ensure that Kforce websites are the destination of choice for candidates, consultants and clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Optimize and manage all Kforce websites and other online application vehicles to maximize web presence.
- Develop and implement internet marketing channel strategy to include, but not limited to the following: content management, search engine marketing (organic and paid), and online tools/surveys.
- Develop digital marketing deliverables in conjunction with appropriate vendors as needed; provide consultation and guidance for new creative and tactical execution procedures/policies.
- Work closely with other marketing channel teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated execution of overall marketing strategies.
- Explore emerging trends within digital marketing and establish potential application to Kforce marketing programs.
- Prioritize SEM opportunities, based on internet strategy, to increase conversion.
- Provide hands-on search engine optimization management, including ongoing metric analysis and research, to facilitate recommendations for improvement.
- Research, identify and establish link partners for websites to support internal linking strategies.
- Perform extensive analysis on keywords and manage keyword and domain portfolio.
- Monitor continuously new advancements in SEM and evaluate their risk/reward if implemented on Kforce websites.
- Develop and implement the Kforce website strategy to leverage social media and web activities.
- Liaison with KTS (technical support) team on both tactical and strategic changes to the Kforce websites.
- Manage all related domain names for all Kforce websites.
- Manage all website reporting and web analytics.
