Reporting to the Manager, Technical Support, the primary responsibilities of the Support Analyst include supporting PC, Networking and V-Sat systems in Mexico Region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned:
· Provide technical support for desktops. Assist in the coordination of PC and peripheral orders, assignments, setups and deployments for Parker Drilling Company in Mexico.
· Maintains and supports Mexico-Based Servers.
- Assists V-Sat Team with V-Sat Systems in Mexico.
- Installs or replaces hardware/software as needed.
- Resolves Helpdesk ticket items.
- Deploys and Images PCs to clients.
- Assists Network Engineers with network issues when needed.
- Maintains asset files and related data base for the company’s Mexico operations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma required
- 3 + years experience in Microsoft software and technical support.
- Basic math skills are required.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
- Must be bilingual (Spanish and English).
