SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
To fuel our growth, we are looking for a Sr. Account Executive who is team player, has a strong work ethic and can balance aggressively pursuing new business while cultivating relationships with their existing accounts. The ideal candidate has a “hunter” mentality and a track record of driving net-new business with mid-market and enterprise accounts.
REQUIREMENTS:
** 5+ years with direct selling of IT consulting or strategic staffing services
** Strong understanding of the IT market in Madison
** Demonstrated strong relationships with local mid-market and enterprise accounts
** Demonstrated ability to develop new business
** Demonstrated ability to expand revenue within existing customer relationships
** Extensive Solution Selling experience.
** High margin producer who sells on business value, not price
** Versed in both the Applications side of IT including ECM, custom application development, and database and application optimization as well as the Network/Infrastructure side
** Strong business acumen. Comfortable with business-level discussions and able to align appropriate IT solutions to meet business goals and objectives
** Experience with the development of sales strategies and territory planning.
** Experience with selling solutions that involve Microsoft, HP, Cisco, VMware or Citrix technologies
** Highly collaborative team player
** Highly self-motivated and goal oriented
** Excellent communication and organizational skills.
