vCustomer is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Professional to take responsibility for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for vCustomer. This includes growing revenue through targeted marketing, industry positioning, competitive analysis and creative outreach. This position will report to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. The candidate for the position will display a strong understanding of the sales process and lead generation and qualification process. In addition, the candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of technology platforms and how they can be leveraged to drive new sales and value to existing clients.

Role and Responsibilities
· Create the overall marketing strategy in conjunction with the senior executive team
· Perform the market research to understand the customer need, the competition and identify the market niche for the company.
· Create the messaging and content that will need to be provided via the website and other collateral material
· Publish monthly newsletter for clients and prospects
· Create quarterly Webinar for clients and prospects
· Establish and institutionalize closed-loop lead generation process
· Collaborate with sales to devise optimal customer touch point tactics and lead nurturing programs to elicit responses from end customers
· Manage the creation and execution of all strategic and tactical elements of oubound marketing campaigns. This includes setting creative direction, outlining campaign objectives, messaging and validation
· Assess, augment, and cleanse customer database and lists for effective contact management, working closely with Sales Operations and Vertical Marketing
· Track the flow of leads through the pipeline and work with the sales teams to ensure follow up and report impact/ROI of lead generation programs, closed loop process
· Establish quarterly lead forecast with Sales Management and deliver agreed leads per target
· Define and manage appropriate lead generation platforms (e-mail, trade show, web, phone, magazine, CRM, etc.) for process, content, quantity and quality of leads generated
Required Qualifications and Experience: · Four-year college degree (MBA a plus)
· 7-10 years of experience in Marketing with CRM, Contact Center or outsourcing company
· 3+ years experience in leadership role in a Contact Center Solutions related company, a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
· $80K base salary depending on experience
