The Organization A leader in corporate responsibility since 1992, BSR is seeking an Associate, Partnership Development in its The Associate, Partnership Development will report to the Director, Partnership Development in
Responsibilities Partnership Development Support · Assist in partnership development to identify new partners and projects · Research on perspective opportunities and donors · Draft fund-raising proposals · Maintain positive relationship with local and international companies, Chinese government agencies, and NGOs Project Management · Work with stakeholders (MNCs, factories, training organizations, central and local government agencies, donors, academia, civil society organizations and so on) to implement LRP program and other programs · Define the needs for technical consultancies required for LRP program and develop appropriate Terms of References and participated in contractor selection · Take the responsibility for developing and managing the use of project resources for both cost effectiveness and a smooth flow of project activities in accordance with BSR practices · Implement the program activities through a systematic approach including surveys, research, monitoring and evaluation, template development, piloting, revising and replication · Ensure accountability of project work together with concerned stakeholders through clear, consistent regular planning and information sharing, including the timely production of project reports and relevant documentations · Participate in other BSR projects Logistics Support · Support in coordinating with BSR internal staff, including relevant program staff, financial staff and management team · Assist in arranging and organizing coordination meetings and donor reviews at regular intervals with project partners · Logistics support and desk work Qualifications
NOTE: Only candidates with these specific requirements will be considered: · Minimum of three (3) years professional business experience in project implementation, monitoring and evaluation · Bachelor’s degree preferred · Field training or experience in working with factories in China · Strong analytical and negotiating skills · Experience in close collaborations with government partners · Strong verbal communication skills, with a variety of stakeholders, including fluency in both English and Mandarin · Strong reading and writing ability in Chinese and English for report/proposal-writing and development · Energetic, self-motivated, positive nature, and pro-active approach, including the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy office setting · Flexibility to work both independently and within a team setting · Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to strategically plan and deliver projects, prioritize work, meet deadlines, manage time and communicate progress · Demonstrated proficiency in basic office software and tools (e.g., excel spreadsheets, word processing, powerpoint, project plans, etc.) · Capacity to work and thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment · High ethical standards and commitment to BSR’s core values of Leadership, Integrity and Respect * PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME IN ENGLISH & CHINESE * | |
