Description
Environmental Resources Management, recognized worldwide for environmental leadership, is looking for a dynamic Due Diligence Project Manager to join our Mergers & Acquisitions team in Boston or Manhattan.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Completing mergers and acquisitions projects for industrial and commercial transactions.
  • Providing consulting advice to legal, corporate and venture capital clients.
  • Performing environmental due diligence assessments consistent with ASTM Phase I standards.
  • Performing broad-based compliance assessments at industrial and commercial facilities.
  • Preparing concise reports that assess potential environmental liability risks, compliance and operational status at various manufacturing facilities.
  • Managing regional and global projects of all sizes.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
  • BS or BA in a scientific discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of direct experience in environmental due diligence
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Multiple years of direct experience in environmental due diligence.
  • Extensive knowledge of ASTM Phase I standards and an understanding of core business and legal concepts of business transactions.
  • A broad environmental background, with strong experience in, and continued interest in working on transactions.
  • The ability to develop and maintain long lasting relationships with clients, identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities and mentoring junior staff is a plus
