Description

Environmental Resources Management, recognized worldwide for environmental leadership, is looking for a dynamic Due Diligence Project Manager to join our Mergers & Acquisitions team in Boston or Manhattan.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Completing mergers and acquisitions projects for industrial and commercial transactions.
Providing consulting advice to legal, corporate and venture capital clients.
Performing environmental due diligence assessments consistent with ASTM Phase I standards.
Performing broad-based compliance assessments at industrial and commercial facilities.
Preparing concise reports that assess potential environmental liability risks, compliance and operational status at various manufacturing facilities.
Managing regional and global projects of all sizes.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

BS or BA in a scientific discipline.
3 to 5 years of direct experience in environmental due diligence
Good organizational and communication skills.
Multiple years of direct experience in environmental due diligence.
Extensive knowledge of ASTM Phase I standards and an understanding of core business and legal concepts of business transactions.
A broad environmental background, with strong experience in, and continued interest in working on transactions.
The ability to develop and maintain long lasting relationships with clients, identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities and mentoring junior staff is a plus
